"Helping small business owners communicate more effectively to both their internal and external customers."

In January 2001 I joined Norwood Promotional Products, the world's largest hard good supplier of promotional products, as a Customer Service Representative for their Awards and Recognition division.  As a CSR I began to learn and understand the complexity of this very unique industry. 

It was not until February 2003 that I really began to understand how large of an industry it truly was.  It was at this time that I was promoted to the Sales & Marketing Coordinator position.  It was here that I received the opportunity to experience tradeshows, the everday business of our field sales, and more importantly the needs of our customers.  Without the end consumer or a product/service to promote the promotional product industry would not exist. 

In August of 2005 I began a new journey in the promotional products industry.  I left my Sales and Marketing position at Norwood to join 3W Trideation as an Independent Sales Representative.  This was my opportunity to help grow the industry and to open the minds of struggling business owners wanting a more effictive way to communicate to their internal and external customers.  Most of my clients are small business owners however I have and continue to work with larger companies such as University of Wisconson Oshkosh and Marian College. 

In August of 2006 I decided to take all of my skills and knowledge to branch out and be known as Simple Solutions by Sarah yet still representing 3W Trideation.  I strongly believe in the core values and representation of 3W Trideation but it was time for me to stand out and join the growing percentage of women business owners.
